I've been here a few times now and always experienced a top notch service, the blueberry pancakes and caramel latte I had was delicious! I love you can just scan the qr code and order and pay on your phone, I would definitely recommend the Faro Lounge!
Heading back with the clan we stopped by here for some food. One of the clan recognised the menus from a place we previously visited and we got excited about the food. Yet this experience was very different. We were never given a kids menu but on my way to the toilets I saw them lying on a table and picked one up with some crayons to keep the little one entertained. Placing orders was quite a wait and food took a while to come out. A couple of the orders were wrong which were corrected but that was more of a wait for the clan. Food was not as good as the last place which was surprising in and of itself. It's only when things started to go wrong did we get any attention on the service. There are a lot of other places in the area that I'll be trying when next in the area. I hope this is a one off for this place. A change in chef would be recommended as I know how good this food can be. Hope you have a better experience if you choose to go. Enjoy.
Really impressed. Our first visit this morning for breakfast. The dish I wanted wasnt availabile which was shame, but between the lady (Didn't get a name) who served us and the chef, they went out of thier way to actually do it. It was brilliant attention to detail and I really did appreciate the effort. The food was spot on, it looked brilliant on the plate and was great tasting. We really have no complaints and would certainly recommend this place. The service was great and I really do appreciate the effort. Keep up the great work.
Lovely restaurant with excellent food. Ordered and paid via their table app. The only issue was the lack of interaction from the staff. Never asked if our food was ok or if we needed anything. Had to get up and get more napkins twice. Even when we left, they never even said thank you or goodbye.
First time we tried this cafe sat outside in the sun. Lovely day today. We had Tuna melt & 2 teas very nice. We took 2 bags of books to the St Giles book shop they were very happy with the books. We had a walk around bought a complete salad for £1 of the market. Then popped in B & M for a few thinks. It Lovely to walk around Lichfield & not get bothered by beggers asking for money
